Overview
The technology diploma (DUT) in milk and meat production trains technicians specialising in production livestock. Students learn to feed, monitor and care for animals, and to organise milking, fattening and sales.
Teaching includes milk and meat hygiene, to ensure safe products for consumers.

Curriculum
First year (S1-S2): animal biology and anatomy, livestock basics, animal feeding, forage crops, applied mathematics, computing.
Second year (S3-S4): dairy production, cattle and sheep fattening, poultry farming, milk and meat hygiene, processing, livestock management and on-farm internship.
